Two patterns listed. One for 5 colours of sport weight light DK yarn and one for a much larger blanket knitted using 6 colours of a chunky yarn.

Blanket pattern is simple to knit (it's mostly garter stitch) and it is easy to modify. We've included a few ideas to get you started. Check out our Gallery too for more info on the original blanket and the XL version.

You can make you're own blanket by buying a kit, Simple Blanket XL and Simple Blanket or make up your version...

Simple Blanket XL - approx. 880m of chunky yarn and 6.5mm circular knitting needle at least 80cm long. This blanket measures approx. 110cm wide and 100cm long).

Simple Blanket - approx. 650m of a sport/DK yarn (we used 5 balls of Rowan Baby Cashsoft Merino) and 4mm circular knitting needle at least 80cm long. This blanket measures approx. 55cm wide and 65cm long). Check out our Simple Blanket Kits here.
