Refund policy
Refunds
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items - gift cards, needles, hooks, books, single patterns and items from the bargain basket.
All returns should be agreed before hand, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return and if you want a refund or an exchange. To complete your return please include your order number and contact details with the parcel.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you want an exchange we will be in touch regarding your requirements. We are only able to exchange for items currently in stock. And you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check with your bank or card provider or PayPal (it will be applied to your original method of payment).

Defective or damaged items
Please send us an email at shop@thewoollybrew.co.uk with your order number, and details of the damage. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 39 High Street, Pittenweem, KY10 2PG, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
