We've used different yarns for our shop samples. It's a versatile pattern.
Knit using one strand of 4ply and one strand of laceweight held together. We used My Mama Knits Choufunga 4ply (a merino nylon blend) in our exclusive Pom Pom Tree shade and Chester Wool Cloud 800 (a blend of alpaca and silk).
You can buy a kit to make this hat and matching fingerless mitts here.
