Mitts in a DK yarn, knitted in the round, so no sewing up. The thumb is shaped with simple increasing. They will fit a range of hands – teen to adult. These patterns are very easy to modify and mix and match - we've included a few ideas to get you started. Check out our Gallery too for more info including a 4ply version.
Simple Mitts - approx 120m of DK yarn (we used 1 ball of Rowan Alpaca Classic DK) and 3.25mm double pointed needles or your preferred method for knitting in the round. These mitts are approximately 24cm in length, the part before the thumb shaping measures approximately 10cm long.
Mock Cable Mitts - approx 90m of a DK Yarn (we used Socks Yeah DK) and 3.25mm double pointed needles or your preferred method for knitting in the round. These mitts are approximately 18cm in length, the wrist cuff measures approximately 6cm.

You will also need at least 2 stitch markers and a wool needle.
