Shipping policy

You will receive an email confirmation when your item has been shipped.

All items are posted via Royal Mail using their Tracked service. You can see their latest service updates on the Royal Mail website.

We only ship to UK addresses in Scotland, England and Wales.

You can choose from Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 at check out. 

For orders worth £65 or over we offer free Tracked 48.

Please allow time for your parcel to arrive. Tracked 24 is usually delivered 1-2 working days after we send it and Tracked 48 usually arrives 2-3 working days later.

Royal Mail don’t consider a parcel missing until 10 working days after it was expected to arrive. In the unlikely event your parcel has still not arrived by then we can issue a refund or resend the items.

Pick up from the Pittenweem shop is available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 11am and 4pm.
