Shipping policy

You will receive an email confirmation when your item has been shipped.

All items are posted via Royal Mail. You can see their latest service updates on the Royal Mail website.

We only ship to UK addresses in Scotland, England and Wales.

You can choose from 1st or 2nd class postage at check out.

Postage is free on orders £65 or over.

Please allow time for your parcel to arrive. 1st class is usually delivered 1-2 working days after we send it and 2nd class usually arrives 2-3 working days later.

Royal Mail don’t consider a parcel missing until 10 working days after it was expected to arrive. In the unlikely event your parcel has still not arrived by then we can issue a refund or resend the items.

Pick up from the Pittenweem shop is available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 11am and 4pm.
